We help utilities, infrastructure organizations, and contractors put governance in place before AI adoption outpaces it: mapping who has access to what, testing for exposure, and building the permission and approval framework that lets teams use AI tools with confidence.
Deliverables include a readiness report with risk ranking, a role-based access matrix, a governance policy framework, and a phased adoption roadmap. The assessment is independent and vendor-agnostic.
